? #Procedure ? Combine soy sauce oyster sauce pepper chilli powder or chilli sauce mix it well add spareRibs. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours. ? Combine flour and cornstarch set aside. Pour egg in a bowl add 4 tbsp cold water stir well. Set aside. ? Dip spareRibs into the egg. dredge into the flour mixture then deep fry until brown. ??
