❤ #Ingredients 1 kilo beef bone-in ( bulalo cut) 1 pc. Petchay baguio 2 pcs corn cut into 3 pcs Fish sauce to taste Water 1 tbsp pepper corn 2 onion chopped
❤ #Procedure ? Pour beef in a wok add enough water to cover the meat. Simmer for 15 minutes. ? Discard the liquid. Again add enough water to cover the meat. Simmer. Remove the scum on top Cook until the broth is clear. ? Add onion Pepper corn fish sauce to taste. Lower heat and cook for 3 hours. Or until meat is tender. ? Add corn simmer for 20 minutes. ? Add petchay baguio cook for another 3 minutes.??
